1.  Think about what you would like to design for your custom alphabet photography name.  What is the word you would like to spell out?  Remember - it doesn't have to be a name, it can be any word you want.  Would you like to add an additional line or two of text?  It might be helpful to write down what you have in mind.

2.  Visit the "View Letters & Mattes" page and browse all the available images.  Then write down your selections so you can refer to them when you place your order.

3.  If you want your print to arrive framed and ready to hang or display, visit the "Custom Frames" page and make your selection of frame for each print.

4.  Once you have made your selections, come back here select which package/options you would like and proceed through payment.  You do NOT need a Paypal account to pay; you may use any credit card if you don't have a Paypal account.

5.  After you have made payment, submit your selection in the form at the bottom of this page.  Within 1-2 business days, you will be emailed a proof of your design(s) before everything is finalized for printing. 

Once your order is placed for printing and framing, the turnaround time is approximately 3-6 business days for prints only and 7-10 business days for custom framed prints.  

Some things to know ...

* There is no charge for Optional Text.  NOTE:  Text will look   
    better on the solid color and "mostly" solid color mattes.

* If you do not change the "font" selection from the pull-down menu,
     the default font is "Garamond."  See below list of available fonts.

* Shipping is is a flat rate of $5.95 for prints only and $15.95 for custom-       framed prints; $3.95 for each additional order shipped to the same
        address.
     Must be shipped the same street address.  NO PO BOXES - FedEx will
     not ship to a PO Box.

* At this time, orders can only be shipped to the continental United  
    States.  No international, Alaska/Hawaii,  or APO/FPO.
